Research

I have extensive experience conducting research and evaluations across diverse fields, including digital governance. Notably, I served as an evaluator for the E-Government Performance Index, assessing the effectiveness of municipal websites for cities across South America and other global regions. This comprehensive survey evaluated websites from major cities, including Seoul, South Korea, and Madrid, Spain, using key indicators such as privacy and security, usability, content quality, service delivery, and citizen and social engagement. The findings contributed to a global ranking of cities, providing insights into best practices and areas for improvement in municipal digital governance. Through this work, I gained a deep understanding of international standards in e-governance and a global perspective on how technology can enhance civic engagement and public service delivery.
